The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “the Company”) announces that the Supervisory Board has adopted Resolution No. 1/12/2023 regarding the selection of an audit firm to audit the Company’s separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for the years 2023 and 2024.
The selected auditor is iAudit sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS No.: 0000441175), listed by the Polish Audit Oversight Agency (PANA) as an entity authorized to audit financial statements under number: 3828.
The agreement with the auditor was entered into on January 5, 2024.
