The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A. (formerly: Polska Grupa Militarna S.A.) announces that on July 16, 2025, the registry court approved the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association made pursuant to the resolutions of the General Meeting of May 26, 2025, regarding the change of the Company’s name and the increase in its share capital.

Change of the Company's Name
As a result of the acquisition of the structures of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. by Grupa Niewiadów S.A. — a recognized manufacturer and supplier of equipment for both the military and civilian sectors (Learn more: “Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. and Grupa Niewiadów S.A. Join Forces”), on July 16, 2025, a Warsaw court registered the official change of the Company’s name, which is now Grupa Niewiadów – PGM Spółka Akcyjna.
The Niewiadów Group also includes Precision Equipment Works in Niewiadów – A company responsible, among other things, for the construction and commissioning of a 155 mm artillery ammunition factory, which is also expanding its operations in the production of anti-personnel mines. Additionally, ZSP Niewiadów recently signed a contract to supply signal mines to the Polish Armed Forces.
Increase in share capital
The registered changes also include the registration of Series J and K shares. The share capital of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A. therefore currently amounts to PLN 13,865,450 and is divided into 138,654,500 shares with a par value of 10 groszy each.
